  • Device/Technical: IP address, browser type/version, OS, locale, time zone, cookies, SDK telemetry.
  • Payments: We receive payment status and metadata from our processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Support: messages, email threads, attachments, and related metadata.

2) How We Use Information

  • Personalize experiences (templates, suggestions, models, UI settings).

3) AI/Model Use

We use third-party and/or managed large language models to process your prompts and documents. Your data is not used to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in to a research or improvement program. We may store derived embeddings in our private vector index to provide the features you request (e.g., retrieval, rewrite, suggestions).
