This Privacy Policy describes how Deaimer (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you access our websites, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). - Account & Authentication: name, email, Google account identifiers (SSO).
- Content You Provide: resume content, documents, prompts, feedback, settings, preferences.
- Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, buttons clicked, session duration, referral URLs.
- Device/Technical: IP address, browser type/version, OS, locale, time zone, cookies, SDK telemetry.
- Payments: We receive payment status and metadata from our processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support: messages, email threads, attachments, and related metadata.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Personalize experiences (templates, suggestions, models, UI settings).
- Process payments, subscriptions, and account management.

3) AI/Model Use
We use third-party and/or managed large language models to process your prompts and documents. Your data is not used to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in to a research or improvement program. We may store derived embeddings in our private vector index to provide the features you request (e.g., retrieval, rewrite, suggestions).
